    95 pound Sumo Deadlift High-pull, 10 reps

    Pushup and Situp Ladder up to 20 Reps

    Perform 1 repetition of pushups immediately followed by 1 repetition of sitps,  then 2 reps up to 20 reps each.

    Warmup : 100 Squats and 100 Situps

     

    10 Sprawls *

    10 Pushups

    10 rounds for time

     

    *Sprawls for this workout consist of a burpee without the pushup or the jump.  Squat then place hands on the floor and immediately kick the feet back into a pushup position and as quickly as possible return to standing position.
