    Tempo Run for 20-30 minutes at 80% of your 5k pace

    Extra Workout 3 one mile repeats with 5 minute rest between each

    KB or Db Clean and Press(5 reps alternating each arm) 5 minutes

    Pullups 1 minutes

    Situps 1 minute

    KB or DB Clean and Press 4 minutes

    Saturday,  June 26th will be our first team workout for Crossfit Alliance Endurance training.  The workout will start at the gym at 8:30 am.

    10 KB Swings

    25 Jumping Jacks

    25 Shuffle Jacks

    AMRAP 10 Minutes

    Rest

    KB Clean and Press

    (alternating arms 5 reps each arm)

    Thanks to everyone who came and participated in the Crossfit Endurance workshop this past weekend.  Don’t forget to register for the Go/Drive 5k coming up July 10th.  If you have not registered already you can do so at www.gomagsc.com.  Also, Dr. Rob will be heading up our first Crossfit Alliance Endurance team training starting at 8:30 am this coming Saturday, June 26th.  If you are interested in giving it a try just show up and don’t quit.

    15 Mountain Climbers
    20 Situps
    AMRAP 20 minutes
